Exchanges are accepted in the UAE and up to 14 days for full-priced items but like returns, they are not free. We only accept exchanges in the UAE.

Yes, you have to cover postage for a return. Odd Muse will cover postage if the item is faulty, however, this is subject to our returns policy that you can find here.

Please note, Odd Muse London and Odd Muse Dubai are two separate fulfillment sites. Therefore, you have to return your item to the same store you purchased from. We apologise for any inconvenience.
