Returns

If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with a do not remove tag, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Branded tags must also be intact. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning so we can resolve the issue together.

Exchanges are available only in the UAE within 14 days and are free of charge. The exchange process typically takes 3-5 working days.

Exchanges are not available for GCC orders; returns can only be processed for a refund or a gift card.

How to Return

You may initiate a return by requesting it through your account login. Once your return has been approved, we will arrange the collection through our own fulfillment team. The return shipping cost will be subtracted from your total refunded amount.

Please note, return requests will not be processed on a Sunday.

The return fee for the UAE is 20 AED

GCC Express:

Up to 1kg: 65 AED

1.5kg-2kg: 78 AED

2.5kg-3.5kg: 88 AED to 98 AED

4kg-5kg: 108 AED to 118 AED
